Ranger Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs who are excited about the opportunity to work on the world’s most pressing problem, and more specifically to focus on developing the African continent – home to the next billion people.

Our experience as entrepreneurs allows us to take a unique approach in building, investing and advising the next generation of companies that will tackle the continents hardest problems. We believe industries such as Energy, Healthcare, Climate and Technology are ripe for disruption. Solving hard problems in these sectors not only allows us to create outsized returns and build companies that outlast us, but to provide real tangible benefits to communities across the region.

With a main focus on East Africa and more specifically Kenya, we aim to build and execute projects across Sub-Sahara Africa and to focus on creating value at every step of the way. We aim to play a dual role - investor and operator - by leveraging our strong entrepreneurial expertise to ensure we are building companies that will surive the test of time.
